based on the questions i have been receiving from many
of the visitors of my site. We hope, you will find answers
to most of your technical and general queries.
1. Do I need to register with KannadaAudio.com for
listening music?
No, you are not required to register with KannadaAudio.com
for listening music.
2. What browsers are supported?
Netscape 4.08 and above are supported.
Internet Explorer 4.0 and above are supported.

3. Installing new browser?
When you install a browser, some browsers like Netscape
has some issues in updating the plug-ins needed to run
the Embedded Real Player. If you get any issues after
installing a browser, please reinstall the Real Player.
4. What version of Real Player is supported?
Real Player version 6.0, also known G2 and above is
supported. If your Real Player is 5.0 or older, please
upgrade it to current versions from ww.real.com.
5. I am behind firewalls. Can I play the songs from
KannadaAudio.com?
R eal Players behind some firewalls might experience
difficulty playing the Real Media content. Either your
firewall administrator or Real Networks can assist you
in such cases.
6. Why do I get " Net Congestion" problems
while listening music at KannadaAudio.com?
You might get Net Congestion errors due to network related
problems. Please check if your modem is connected at
28.8K or above. Actually, you can listen to music at
as low as 11Kbs from KannadaAudio.com. If you are downloading
large files or accessing other graphics intensive web
sites, you need to reduce the network traffic for downloading
the audio data for playing.
7. Why are the songs stops in between while playing?
Due to slow internet connection (especially on dial-up
connections), you may experience 'net congestion' problem.
There is no solution other than getting a better ISP.

8. When I click on the Listen Songs button, I do not
get the Real Player controls to listen the songs.
You are likely to get this kind of problem when you
install a new browser and do not reinstall the Real
Player. To resolve this problem, please uninstall all
versions of the Real Player and install Real Player
G2 or above.
9. I get an error "Unable to connect to server.
check network transport settings or run auto-configure."
You will get this kind of an error when your are behind
firewalls and your Real Player is not configured to
handle HTTP traffic. Please try these steps. (1) Open
the Real Player Application. (2) Goto menu "View/Preferences..".
(3). Click on "Transport" tab/page. (4) Under
"Network tranport" section, click on "Use
specified transports". (5) Click on "RTSP
Sesttings" button. (6) Click on "Use HTTP
Only option" and then OK. If it still does not
fix the problem, please check with your firewall administrator.
10. Why cant I download songs from this site instead
of listening online?
There is a download section where you can download selected
songs.It is not a legal operation for us to allow download
the latest songs. If you find it is good please buy
the songs & save kannada music.
